I ordered a sample which was well packaged and arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the tile was not suitable on this occasion but I would definitely order from them again.

Really pleased with my sample tile which arrived very quickly...just what I was looking for. Looking forward to ordering them to finish off my kitchen and utility room.

I ordered samples and they were received in good time. One of the samples was scratched and looked as though it had been through the wars, but the others were fine and I was able to get a good idea of the overall look from each. The company has not been pushy when following up on the order, which is great. I would definitely use them again and will be putting in an order soon.

All good. We had to wait for some tiles to come in. But samples and tiles were all delivered in a great condition and timely.

Wonderful quality flooring, looks absolutely beautiful when laid down. Delivery was quick too. Only downside was the kerbside delivery. Would have appreciated some help taking the tiles indoors.

Poor delivery and poor communication about delivery

ok with the 2nd delivery as the first tiles on 2 occasions that we order where all broken as they were no packaged correctly just putting a bit of bubble wrap round them didn't stop them from getting broken in transit

My 100.86 kg delivery of tiles was left outside the building on the pavement for a 55yrs old woman with back pain sciatica and with no /trolley/forklift to bring the items upstairs. Despite covid restrictions I don't think one can leave heavy load outside the building for me to sort myself. I asked the courier if he could just bring it to the building lift or just outside my first floor flat door but the response I got was, "I'm not allowed". I was not asking him to go inside my flat. The driver got into his van and left me puzzled outside in disbelief. I had passers by trying to help until one of the neighbors who was coming from work helped me to unwrap the whole items still packed on the pallet and started picking boxes one by one upstairs. You can imagine tiles packed in boxes of 50kg each.After an hour of taking the boxes into my flat I sent a complaint email to Walls and Tiles customer service, to my surprise the response was that due to covid restrictions the driver can not enter the building. This is common sense you have a heavy delivery that needs trolley to move the items and how do you expect customers to carry the items to their door. Why was I not told when the order was being placed that they won't bring the delivery to my door and I would have cancelled the order or ask them to delay the delivery than to put me in such a situation. It was a disgusting and appalling situation. Any one buying from them demand to know if your order will be delivered to your door. How come food delivery is delivered to your door during this covid restrictions and yet such heavy items are left outside the building. This is ridiculous. Pls be aware of this company.

The samples were a good idea, as you simply cannot tell what a tile is like on the screen. In particular, it is difficult to tell the texture and how glossy a tile is from pictures. It saves making expensive mistakes! I was pleased with my order and it arrived quickly and safely. The only issue I have is when there is a discount (usually!), you have to order a certain amount, maybe more than you might need, in order to still qualify for free delivery (delivery is costly), so you have to get the balance just right, to get both the discount and the free delivery, otherwise your 'discount' is simply cancelled out by delivery charges. My order was relatively small, as I am using mosaic to tile some smallish areas.
